Classic Hotel - Osh

Brand new coffee machine, pool, sauna, gym, quiet location, close to shopping area.

Nothing all excellent.

We recently stayed at this venue and had an incredible experience. The location was perfect, situated in a central area that allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, with friendly and professional individuals who ensured our comfort throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of amenities in our room, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected throughout our visit.

the friendly staff provided excellent service during my stay, and the breakfast offered a satisfying start to my day. the room itself was comfortable with a clean and spacious bathroom. the availability of a pool and fitness center added to the convenience and appeal of this hotel.

One downside I encountered was the need to pay an extra fee to utilize the pool and fitness center facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to several tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all modern facilities. Their breakfast buffet was impressive and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning system was not functioning well and made my room very stuffy. , the outside noise from the street was quite disturbing, keeping me awake all night.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with daily cleaning service. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even helping me package my bicycle for transport. the hotel also had a great swimming pool that I enjoyed in the morning before it got too crowded.

The bed in the room was smaller than expected and the hot breakfast was often lukewarm. when I arrived for check-in, my room wasn't ready and I had to wait.

Friendly staff, fresh coffee, and convenient shuttle service. This hotel provided really good service with communication in English at all times, delicious and freshly brewed coffee in the morning, and a reliable free shuttle to the airport.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great check-in experience thanks to the helpful night shift receptionist, Emil. He kindly changed my room to a bright, clean and updated one with a balcony and nice view. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was convenient.
